The Czech company BramborKing s.r.o. with its seat in Prague started operations in 2017 and opened its first restaurant in the shopping center Eden in Prague. Under the motto and promise “fresh, tasty and hot!”, the founders combine the essence of front-cooking with fast food.
The company sells its products not only in its restaurant but also at festivals. In spring and summer 2018, ten street food festivals in and around Prague were visited and customers were spoiled with their delicious products.
The main product is a 500 gram calibrated potato with four different fillings and with the option of up to 16 fresh salads (e.g. chicken, turkey, crab salad, fresh vegetables). A meal in four easy steps: 1) The potato of a Dutch variety named Melody 2) is baked right in front of the eyes of the customer 3) is mashed and filled up with cheese, butter and other optional fillings 4) and complemented with a delicious mix of fresh salads. And all fresh and immediately prepared in front of the customer. Thus, BramborKing offers an alternative with fresh ingredients to the traditional fast food restaurants.
